Sales Engineer / Account Manager

Sales Engineer / Regional Account Manager / Sales Advance Systems, Inc., Division of Thermal Technologies, Inc., a company that designs and manufactures flotation drying equipment and related products for the printing, converting and paper industries. We are currently looking for a Sales Engineer / Regional Account Manager / Candidates must have prior success with medium-to-large capital equipment sales, working with project and engineering personnel, and must have strong closing skills and be willing to prospect. Duties/Responsibilities:Involves a great deal of prospecting for new businessAct as initial liaison between customer and engineering for developing proposalsProvide on-going general support and management of project from start to finishMust have technical knowledge of the industry and our equipment, in order to provide customers with acceptable solutions
REQUIREMENTS
Sales Engineer / Regional Account Manager / Requirements:4-year Engineering Degree preferably MechanicalPrior success with medium-to-large capital equipment salesAbility to work with project and engineering personnelMust have strong closing skillsAbility and willing to prospectExceptional listening skillsAbove average problem-solving abilityExperience in the printing or converting industry is helpfulMust have a valid Driver's License, a good driving record, and have the ability to use personal credit cards to charge travel expenses (which are reimbursed by the company on a weekly basis) This position will be based out of our office in Green Bay and includes both domestic and foreign travel. Pre-employment screening is required.
