Job Description Tier III subject matter expert for security event analysis

Develop SOP's for SOC personnel to oversee activities related to securtiy event monitoring/management

Escalation contact for SOC staff, provide guidance to staff and ensure customer understands issues

Work with customers to drive redemiation of events

provide customer facing technical reviews as required




Requirements


7-9 years IS experience

Shift work

Proven expertise in the IS field

technical certification

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Exp with a SEM (ArcSight)
