SR DESIGN ENGINEER (Power Amplifiers)

Seeking someone with 5 - 10 years experience designing power amplifiers for RF/Microwave hardware for both military and commercial applications. High range power amplifier experience should be in the frequency range of 450 MHz to 3700 MHz with power levels up to 700 watts. Experience with bare devices, MOS caps, and wirebonding techniques is desired. Design experience with LDMOS, MESFET, GaAsFET, & GaN power semiconductor technology is also desired. Familiarity with WiMAX and 3G wireless base station standards is a plus. Will be designing sub-system and custom components. Must be either a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent resident and have good communication skills.
REQUIREMENTS
* Must have experience with Power Amplifiers in
the frequency range of 450 MHz to 3700 MHz and
power levels up to 700 watts.
* Experience with MOS caps and wirebonding
techniques is desired.
* U.S. citizen or U.S. Permanent Residency is required.
