Ceridian is currently seeking an SQL Server Application Support Analyst to provide software and database support to various Benefit Applications. Sound interesting? If so, Keep Reading!

Identify software bugs and/or system modifications
Identifying and correct data abnormalities
Develop, write and execute scripts, queries, reports and utilities
Analyze problems, document, communicate resolutions, close and follow up
Create technical documentation to assist in resolution of recurring issues and problems.
Provide 24x7 on-call support on a rotating basis
Interface with customers, managers and development to resolve problems and identify solutions.



Qualifications:



Bachelorâ??s degree in MIS or related field and a minimum of 3 years experience in Computer Systems.
2-3 years hands-on experience in SQL Server
2-3 years data base experience, including development knowledge & research.
Working knowledge of the following: MS SQL, Visual Basic, Delphi
Familiarity with one or more of the following: JAVA, C, Cold Fusion, .NET, Crystal Reports, access
Strong problem solving, analytical and documentation skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
