SIGINT Systems Engineer, Senior

Key Role:Support the SIGINT office and interface into certain external systems being developed by other SIGINT offices. Be the go to person who can either answer any question about the activities of the SIGINT office you are covering or know who within that office you can contact to obtain the information. Travel to and attend program management reviews at the contractor's facility to obtain first-hand information on what progress is being made on the development contract, normally every other month. Interact with personnel within the office you cover to obtain information concerning progress being made and build relationships which will extend your knowledge-base. Participate in the preparation of quarterly review briefings that evaluates the offices that you and your team routinely evaluate for the director of SIGINT. Write reports, as requested, concerning any ad-hoc questions the client may have concerning issues about your office of coverage. Perform any future studies or projections the client may request concerning your office of coverage. Become conversant about architectural level SIGINT requirements that apply to your office of coverage and participate in periodic requirement revision activities which cover modification of existing language and the creation of language covering next generation systems.



Job Requirements













Basic Qualifications:

-5 years of experience with SIGINT development

-Knowledge of the SIGINT technical and programmatic baseline and spacecraft operations

-Experience in test and integration with large-scale hardware and software systems

-Knowledge of strategic process development, change management, and Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR)

-Active TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree
