SENIOR MANUFACTURING ENGINEER

Responsible for working with Design Engineering and Manufacturing to ensure new and existing products are developed for manufacturability and for use in automation assembly. Develops and validates processes for manufacturing and specifies materials that are consistent with Best Practices and are in compliance with program requirements. Participates in Kaizen Events that drive improvement throughout the site and troubleshoot processes and assembly problems identifying root cause and corrective actions.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

BS or BA degree in Manufacturing, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical or technical equivalent.
Experience in the automation assembly process and in the manufacture of RF Hybrid or Discrete devices.
Wave Soldering, IR or Convection Reflow, In-Line Cleaning Systems, Conformal Coating, SMD, SMT, and Thru-Hole.
