Position Title: SAP Program Manager

Job Summary:
Must have 5 - 8 years experience with SAP, including large implementations of SAP Insurance Industry Solutions. Will work with business and technical resources to address business information and application needs. Will manage cultural and technological changes, and consult with appropriate business partners to drive organizational changes as necessary.

Job Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent

7 or more years of related experience.

1. BA/BS in Accounting, Business, Finance, Computer Science or equivalent experience. CPA and/or MBA preferred.
2. Seven or more years of functional SAP FI/CO experience which includes systems implementation, business analysis, and project management. Insurance knowledge required, experience with SAP Insurance Industry Solutions (FS-CD, FS-RI) preferred.
3. Must possess strong conflict resolution, organizational and analytical skills and be able to lead in a team environment.
4. Exceptional computer skills.
