SALES ENGINEER - QUALITY & INSPECTION EQUIPMENT

About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a motivated sales person who is technical, organized and would like to work with a great company. The right candidate has to be self-starter, but more importantly a finisher. Experience in Metrology, Metallurgy, Inspection, Quality, NDT and various types of manufacturing is a definite plus.
Our Sales Engineers use their experience to work with customers on their applications, solving problems with the best possible solutions. Because of this, product knowledge and a working knowledge of different types of Inspection, Testing and Manufacturing is extremely important.ATI maintains exclusivity for some major products within Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin & Iowa. Our Sales Engineers are provided exclusive territories to work within and nurture as well as access to any open territories for additional sales opportunities. Extensive training on the equipment that we sell as well as the services that we provide is included with this opportunity.Responsibilities:
•Detailed follow-up on Sales Leads provided.
•Search out new business and customers for Products & Services
•Provide quotations to customers based on their needs•Provide leads back to ATI’s other areas for Services
•Report activities & progress to the office on a weekly basis.
REQUIREMENTS
Essential
•2 – 4 year degree or a min of 2 years directly related experience
•Excellent Communication Skills (oral & written)
•Basic MS Office Skills
•Strength in math, science & computersDesirable
•Experience in Quality, Testing, Metrology, Metallurgy or NDT
•Knowledge of Measurement & Inspection Techniques
•Experience with different types of manufacturing
•Knowledge of SPC, GD&T, GR&R, ISO 9001:2000, TS-16949, ISO 17025
