Job Description: Support software development team with research, design, development, integration, modification & documentation of enterprise-wide systems & applications software, while observing all software compliance standards. Assist with overall system evaluation, to include analysis & development of hardware/software interfaces. Help identify, develop & implement solutions for software-related technical issues that could possibly impact costs, schedule or performance. Work as an integral part of software development team, while adhering to established guidelines and following technical direction.Education: Bachelors' Degree from accredited college in related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of software development experience.Required Skills: Thorough knowledge of C, C++ required. Experience with Fortran, Jovial, Assembly and one or more of the following operating systems: Unix, Linux, VxWorks, Windows 2K and/or XP. Knowledge of network communications and application programming. Experience with aircraft, simulation & ground systems a plus.
