Roadway Engineer

Purpose: Aerotek Engineering is currently seeking an experienced roadway engineer for their Asheville, North Carolina client. Client is a private engineering, architectural, and surveying firm servicing clients throughout the Southeast.

Candidate must be a licensed PE with a minimum of 5-10 years experience. Extensive experience with microstation and geopak required.
The Senior Roadway Engineer position requires technical expertise in roadway and highway design and the supervision and mentoring of junior engineers.

Job responsibilities will include but not be limited to working with other project managers and unit manager to establish scopes of work, leading roadway project team in analysis and design,ensuring proper codes and standards are being used by engineers on projects, and supervising, coordinating and reviewing the work of other engineers and technicians.
