Residential Project Manager

Purpose: Our national client located in South Scottsdale is seeking a residential Project Manager to join their team.

Duties:
* Serves as the leader of the project team and is responsible for putting the building plans together, quality of the work performed, client service, utilization of staff, marketing, schedule, and project profitability
* Coordinates construction document preparation and construction administration
* Analyzes building codes and zoning ordinances
* Continually reviews for compliance with design intent, code compliance, accuracy, appropriate detailing or use of materials and coordination with specifications
* Reviews documents with building and planning departments
* Conducts final review for compliance with all requirements. Responsible for project errors and omissions
* Prepares project correspondence (meeting memos, project directories etc)
*Conducts on site observations and prepares observation reports

Qualifications:
* 7-10 years in the residential architectural field
* AutoCAD 2000 or greater
* Bachelor's Degree in Architecture preferred
