Purpose: Innovative and highly praised architectural firm in Scottsdale is in desperate need of a residential designer due to the high volume of projects! They're looking for a goal-oriented individual who has an intense desire to grow within a company. The position is direct hire.

Title: Residential Designer
Duration: Long-term, Full-time
Location: Scottsdale, Arizona

Hiring Criteria:

1. Knowledge of AutoCAd 2000 or greater

2. Knowledge of residential construction

3. Convert limited verbal and written directions from Job Captain or Project Manager into a finished product or document

4. Able to generate architectural plans and artwork

5. The ability to communicate with builder regarding construction questions

6. Ability to communicate with design staff regarding specification of working drawings
