Reservoir Supervisor

Division: WesternCategory: EngineeringRocky Mountain Reservoir Supervisor. Responsible for building and meeting the capital, production, and reserve goals as well as coordinating the yearend reserve evaluation. The district offers a variety of play types with significant development and exploration potential. Expanded activity is planned for this area.
Job Description:
Plans, coordinates and directs the reservoir engineering, business and strategic efforts in the District. Supervises and directs work assignments, handles human resource actions, directs the training efforts of the engineers and advises management on matters relating to the District responsibilities. Must have strong business acumen and be able to help bring creativity and technologic innovation. Good interpersonal skills are essential - coaching, relationship building, and team environment management.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have a technical sill base sufficient to direct the engineering activities in the group.
Experience working as part of a multi-discipline team.
Experience with reserve management, acquisitions, divestitures, and business development.
Capable of applying a business approach to the activities in the group, including budgeting, strategic planning and thorough economic valuations.
Must be capable of creating an environment that will inspire others to be creative, achieve goals and perform at their highest level possible.
Prior leadership experience as a supervisor or team leader a plus, but not required.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
