DuPont is seeking a research scientist to work in a multidisciplinary team primarily focused on the scale-up of new polymers and develop formulations for specialty applications in medical devices.  We are seeking a self-motivated, highly driven person to provide technical leadership and research output in a fast-paced environment.  The successful candidate will be expected to develop formulations and scale-up for new specialty polymeric materials.  Specifically, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing formulations, evaluating process options, conducting laboraory and pilot scale experiments necessary for the development of a commercial process that meets customer needs.    REQUIREMENTS


PhD in Chemical Engineering - Polymers. 

Demonstrated knowledge of chemical engineering principles for polymers. 

Background of polymeric materials/processes in medical applications is a plus. 

Industrial experience in cGMP manufacturing is a plus.
