Research & Development Engineer

Technical responsibility to interpret, analyze, execute research & development activities or projects, relating to desalination processes and municipal and industrial water/wastewater treatment practice.
*Makes detailed observations, analyzes data, and interprets results
*Creates technically innovative ideas and subjects aligned with R&D strategy
*Verifies and provides technical experience to various departments within the company
*Estimates preliminary budgets for R&D projects
*Prepares documentation for patent applications. Updates and maintains technical data base
REQUIREMENTS
*Master's degree with at least 3 years working experience in the water and wastewater treatment industry
*Technically knowledgeable in desalination processes including pre/post treatment and water and wastewater treatment systems
*Excellent report writing abilities and good communication skills
