Remote Access Engineer

Daily Responsibilities: Provide engineering support to architect, design and develop the remote access environment for FDIC. In accordance with CMMI and ITIL-based approaches, develop and deploy remote access solutions in support of FDIC. Develop documentation to enable usage of tools by end users and Operations/Help Desk personnel. Work directly with end users as required to provide Tier-3 troubleshooting support for identified remote access problems. Required: Years of experience (min) 5 Required: Degree Bachelors Required: Subject IT/Comunications Discipline Required: Skills Experience with the following: Citrix and CPS Application scripting; PN Client Install Scripting (TeamMate, Avaya, Security, WINTEL); Web Client Install scripting; Token-based authentication mechanisms; Building production servers to support remote access environment; SSL; Integrity firewall software; Development of remote access policy
