Remediation Oversight Geologist

Purpose: Aerotek Environmental and Engineer is currently seeking a motivated individual to oversee ground remediation sites and systems.

The individual will be working in the field around 90% of the time and will be responsible for monitoring remediation systems and wells. This will involve maintenance or up keep necessary to keep the system operation. A good mechanical background is preferred and the individual must be willing to work in the field.

The candidate could work as many as seven days at week totaling around 45 hours. It requires normal field attire (jeans, steel toes, safety gear as necessary)

An updated 40 hour hazwoper is preferred. The individual must have a bachelor's degree in an environmental science related discipline with 0-2 years experience. The position is a contract to direct.
