Regional Operations Engineering Manager

Responsible for ensuring that all terminals are engineered properly in P&D and Dock operations to meet productivity and service requirements. Follow-up to ensure terminals are meeting their established goals in service and productivity, and train managers and coordinators in the proper methods for performing their jobs.

Ensure effective P&D and dock tune-ups.
Follow up on productivity dock and P&D packages/CD, stops/CD, IB DLH, OB DLH.
Follow up on local, overnight, on time, and air service.
Conduct training seminars.
Prepare budgets and cost planing.
Handle administrative follow-up on sheeting accuracy, OB rides, and van requests.
REQUIREMENTS
POSITION EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

In-depth knowledge P&D tune-ups, dock standards and guide lines, and P&D and dock seminar training manual.
Working knowledge of service goals and procedures, productivity goals, and budgeting process and procedures.
Strong communication, leadership, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Good PC skills.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
