Recruitment Specialist

Purpose:

Recruitment Specialist ? BA/BS degree in HR or related field or three plus years of successful recruitment experience, especially at the engineer or scientist level.

Knowledge of Florida and federal labor laws. Excellent verbal, written and interviewing skills. Detail oriented with follow-up skills and ability to maintain confidentiality. Will research, recommend and implement applicant tracking software. Overtime work and travel required. $40-50k
