The Rail Project Manager will plan develop and monitor projects or design activities, including rail related public projects, track design and structural reviews. Reviews contracts between client and public agencies. Will work closely with HDR Rail Section Manager, Marketing Manager and appropriate national directors to identify and capture local and regional pursuits. Participates in reviews with various governing agencies for code compliance. Is responsible to coordinate workload through the entire project development to complete documents on schedule. Is responsible to track the financial aspects of the projects, and coordinates and adjusts the work effort with the team to ensure that the work is completed within the parameters of the agreed to schedule.Keywords:

REQUIREMENTS
Typically requires 10+ years of Rail experience. A bachelor's degree in engineering is desired. PE license is also desired. Candidate should have project management and design related experience on rail public projects. Previous marketing experience is beneficial. Software experience including Microstation, Geo Pak and Route Design is necessary.
