This candidate will lead a hand picked team of RF, Radar, Microwave and WF engineers to produce cutting edge technologies designed for defense and government sectors. This person will need to have hands on approach and a lead by example attitude. **MUST POSSESS OR BE ABLE TO TRANSFER A GOVERNMENT SECURITY BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION FOR ACCESS TO CLASSIFIED INFORMATION.**


Requirements:

Education: PHD preferred will look at M.S.E.E.Must have lead multiple teams in design, testing and manufacturing environment.Must be well spoken.Must have working knowledge of Radar, RF, Microwave, Warfare technologies.Working knowledge of development and testing of microwave components such as filters, multipliers and amplifiers and systems, particularly for the electronic warfare area.Candidates should be familiar with current software design and simulation tools such as HFSS/ADS and Microwave Office.Experience with Radar Warning Receiver design and testingOur Client is an equal opportunity employer.
