Position Description:
•Design of automated test applications for Microwave Radio Production line and to provide support for legacy systems (both hardware and software).
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications Summary:
•5+ years applicable experience with a Bachelors or 3+ years applicable experience with a Masters.
•BSEE preferred.

Experience:
•Expertise in RF equipment (Frequencies up to 40GHz), history of RF design for application, test fixture and/or testing.
•Expertise in test strategy definition, history of Production line application
•Expertise in: Word, Excel, MS-Project, MS-Visio, Visual Studio, Rational Clearcase
•Knowledge in test software design (Visual Basic, .Net, Labview, LabWindows/CVI, TestStand)
•Knowledge in database (Microsoft Access, SQL)
•Knowledge of mechanical design
•Knowledge of PC hardware (IBM compatible) and functionality
•Knowledge of telecommunication test equipment functionality
•Knowledge of Digital Microwave Communications
•Knowledge of communications protocols (RS-232, E1/E3/DS1/DS3/STM1/OC3)
•Knowledge of Statistical Process Control, application to Production environment.
•Capable of leading small team of engineers and support technicians to resolve technical issues on a Production line.
•Team player, motivated and self learner
•French / English an asset
