RF IC Test Engineer

Position description Looking for an experienced and energetic RF IC Test Engineer. The primary function of this position is to develop ATE test solutions for future highly integrated SiP/SoC RF modules.

Responsbilities
You will be responsible for:

Select cost-effective ATE test platforms and features required for device test and characterization
Test program development and hardware design for both wafer sort and final test
Debug, characterization and evaluation of RF silicon products
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:

BSEE o MSEE
5+ years experience as an ATE RF test engineer
Experienced in RF and mixed-signal device testing and characterization
Familiarity with commercial IC testers like Agilent 94K, Credence ASL series, or Teradyne Catalyst, etc.
High volume RF or mixed-signal production experience a plus
Prepared to travel internationallysee above
