Quality Engineer (Spanish or German Speaking)

2AM Group is currently hiring Quality Engineers:

PRIMARY DUTIES:

•Perform Audits and quality inspections
•Maintain all appropriate quality records
•Planning, coordinating and effecting pre-emptive quality assurance measures such as risk filters, FMEA’s and production control schedules
•Effecting testing schedules, including procurement of appropriate test equipment and compiling the appurtenant testing documents for all production, materials, receiving and outgoing goods departments
•Ensuring punctual trial scheduling, testing and following up measures
•Analyzing the degree of normality (component part evaluation for prototypes, pre-series and production run
•Carrying out assembly trials at the customer’s plant and responsible for sampling inspection of the component part to the customer
•Defining courses of action, assigning work packages with the corresponding progress and result checks and assuming the internal planning, handling and management tasks necessary for this in the project. Assist in re-work where appropriate
•Other duties as assigned or necessary for smooth operations

REQUIREMENTS
•Several years of experience in Quality Planning Projects in the automotive industry
•Basic knowledge of commerce
•Possesses good team skills, customer service oriented. Bilingual in German/English

Education: A minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field.
