Quality Engineer; Production Supervisor
Nationally respected manufacturer of HVAC systems & hot water heaters has two openings at its Montgomery AL facility.
Quality Assurance Engineer- Bachelors Degree & 5 years or more experience in quality engineering. ASQ certification required, or must obtain within one year of hire. Knowledge of quality systems and common PC software applications. Well developed problem solving ability.
Senior Production Facilitator- Bachelors Degree & 4 years supervisory experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Will supervise 25-50 hourly employees. Will coordinate activities of production department or shift. Additional responsibilities include training, planning, work assignment and direction. Knowledge & experience in the appliance industry desirable. Experience in a lean manufacturing environment. Looking for a strong candidate who can be promoted to Superintendent position.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree is required for both positions with 4-5 years work experience in quality engineering or manufacturing supervision.
