Job Description:
Outstanding company, continually voted in top 100 companies to work for, has an immediate opening for a Quality Engineer-Metrolog.This position is responsible for developing metrology test methods and written procedures; assisting the organization in interpreting and selecting measurement and calibration options that provide required accuracy; resolving technical challenges with external calibration suppliers; providing training to in-house staff in calibration methods; managing SOPs and systems related to calibration; and supporting the Calibration group with efficiency improvement efforts

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
*B.S. in Engineering (Electrical Engineering preferred).
*Knowledge of electronic theory
*Must have 7+ years of related work experience including calibration experience with common equipment such as Oscilloscopes; Multimeters; Signal sources; Pressure gages/meters; and Photonics.*Ability to read electronic schematics and troubleshoot circuits, *Ability to develop written procedures
*Ability to automate procedures
*Possess working knowledge of calibration standards (ISO 17025, ISO 10012, ANSI Z540).
*Literacy in MS Office
*Must possess effective written & oral communication, be detail-oriented, exhibit solid customer service and interpersonal skills. *Technical expertise in statistical techniques and two years medical device industry experience preferred.*ASQ-CCT and CQE certification, additional experience in training, calibration, or software development would be helpful.Location:
