Quality Engineer - APQP, QS or TS - FMEA, PPAP

Expanding product line. A major automotive supplier is looking for a degreed Quality Engineer to join their team. Candidates with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a automotive production environment should submit their resume.

Great opportunity for advancement. Past experience with documenting and preparing PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, Work Instructions, process flow diagrams, gage R&R, continuous improvements and correct actions is required. This position will work on new product launches and improve quality systems. Interested candidates should have a strong understanding of APQP requirements, as well as, past experience maintaining either QS-9000 or TS-16949 systems. This facility has over 300 employees and has machining, assembly, welding and automation processes. The company has several plans throughout the USA and Asia. They offer great benefits and will assist candidates with relocation to North Carolina.

MUST HAVE: a 4 year degree and 6 years of quality experience in an automotive production facility. Knowledge of APQP requirements is a must.
