Quality Engineer

Evaluates product, analyzes quality data, initiates and monitors corrective action, enforces quality standards and carries out quality programs in all phases of product life cycle.

Provides customer satisfaction through quality-related involvement.

Provides training and leadership for Corrective Action Teams and Work Groups.

Understands ISO 9000 Quality Systems and requirements.

Provides the liaison between Quality Engineering and other departments in support of design, quality and manufacturing initiatives.

This is a self-starter position to include resolution of component issues, data support, correction, corrective and preventive action. Has strong oral and written communication skills.
REQUIREMENTS
B.S. in Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum of three years of work experience in a quality or manufacturing organization.

Desired Qualifications:
ASQ certification desired.

Quality Engineering experience within an electronics environment is highly desired.

Experience with Industrial Automation applications and solutions is highly desirable.
