Title – Quality Manager
Job Description: Our client, a leading manufacturer of cabin interior products for jets and a leading aftermarket distributor is seeking a Quality Manager.
Qualified candidate will develop, administer and maintain quality assurance procedures and activities required to ensure that the company's products are in compliance with quality standards established by the customer and FAA. Responsibilities include overseeing quality engineering, test and the RMA functions, seeking and implementing continuous improvement of products and procedures, working with marketing and the repair station to ensure customer satisfaction, working with engineering for product improvement via design reviews and failure analysis and assisting with ISO9000 compliance.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in a related field plus 5 plus years experience managing a Quality Department. Strong leadership, communication and decision making skills along with knowledge of metrics, failure analysis and testing of electronic assemblies required. Experience working with FAA standards a strong plus.
Title – QA Engineer
Job Description: Our client, a microwave component manufacturer, is seeking a QA Engineer.
Responsibilities:
·Review data to detect potential quality problems and work with Engineering to resolve.
·Liason with customers and suppliers re quality issues.
·Promote statistical techniques.
·Supervision of inspection areas.
·Problem solving related to manufacturing processes.
Requirements:
·Must be technically knowledgeable in QA methods and techniques.

Title – Senior Assembly Inspector
Job Description: Our client, one of the largest producers of precision aerostructures serving both commercial and defense markets is seeking a Senior Assembly Inspector to inspect aircraft parts, sub-assemblies and assemblies for conformance to customer requirements. Knowledge of assembly methods, measuring tools and blueprint reading required. Knowledge of applicable assembly and process specifications required. Experience with AS9102 FAI required. Must be able to set-up job, make checklists, inspect parts and report results. Must be able to determine rework instructions for assembly when required.
Title – QA Incoming Inspection Supervisor
Job Description: Our client, a microwave components manufacturer is seeking a Quality Assurance Incoming Inspection Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
·Oversees the inspection of raw materials used in the assembly of electronic components.
·Assists in the development of quality standards and test plans for quality assurance testing.
·Designs and implements policies and procedures for testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and/or equipment.
·Bachelors Degree with 5-7 years experience in related field.
·Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within a particular field including IPC and military (preferred).
·Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Title – Quality Engineer
Job Duties:
* Assure integration of quality systems in all product development processes and assist in the further enhancement of quality processes systems.
* Oversee the quality-engineering program in support of continuous improvement in manufacturing with the additional goal of designing new quality processes to enhance profitability.
* Partner with Manufacturing and Engineering to correct non-compliance and/or recommend process changes to meet quality system objectives/requirements.
* Provide leadership and guidance to all functions in conducting effective process validations.
* Work with Production Managers to continually evaluate production equipment, materials and methods.
* Develop quality assurance programs for products received from vendors for diverse products.
* Facilitate SPC/Corrective Action meetings, interpret condition of SPC charts, determine corrective actions.
* Establish, analyze and report quality trends for key quality indicators from manufacturing and assembly to assist company management in decision-making process.
* Reduce and control manufacturing process defects.
* Develop and implement product quality plans, documents and systems by creating product specifications, quality specifications, quality plans and risk analyses.
* Develop and implement Process Monitoring Systems by identifying critical process steps, which could culminate in possible sources of manufacturing defects and devise methods to reduce process variations in order to reduce or eliminate the cause of defects.
Job Requirements:
* BS in Science, Engineering, Statistics or equivalent combination of training and experience
* 2+ years experience in manufacturing environment.
* Six Sigma blackbelt training
* Mechanical assembly experience
* Knowledge of statistics and trend analysis
* Strong background and abilities in problem solving
* Knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office applications
Title – Quality Engineer
Job Description: Our client is seeking a Quality Engineer to be responsible for coordinating activities related to the development, application, and maintenance of quality standards for client's products (surface mount, leaded, and in chip form) and processes.
REQUIRED: BSEE or equivalent technical degree as a minimum; and a minimum of two to three years experience working in a Quality engineering capacity; one to three years experience with ISO9001:2000. Three years plus Quality engineering experience; experience with discrete semiconductors; and working knowledge of semiconductor assembly are all preferred. Must be skilled at writing technical reports. Must possess a general understanding of various semiconductor process technologies including die attach, wire bonding, metallization, encapsulation, electroplating, wafer probing, wafer sawing, and die handling.
Title - Quality Manager
Job Description - Oversee the entire Quality Assurance dept. for a manufacturer of discrete semiconductors. Report directly to the president regarding all Quality Assurance responsibilities.
Title – Quality Assurance Engineer
Job Description:
Assists, under supervision, Senior Quality engineers with basic functions.
Essential Job functions:
Gathers and correlates basic data and performs detailed or routine quality engineering functions.
Has working knowledge of MIL specs, MRB activity and first article inspection requirements.
Conducts vendor surveys and audits.
Performs failure analysis and corrective action reporting processes.
Initiates, updates and writes QA procedures.
Acts as a liaison between various agencies on customer returned units.
Title - Quality Assurance Inspector
Job Description - Perform Incoming, In-process and Final inspection on PC boards. Knowledge of SMT soldering and ability to work under microscope are essential.
Title - Mechanical Inspector
Job Description - Perform inspection of machined parts using mechanical tools and instruments such as caliper, micrometer, height gage, surface plate, optical comparitor. Generate first articles. Knowledge of GD&T and CMM are preferred.
