Quality Assurance Lead

This position is responsible for supervising production team members in a Lean Manufacturing environment.  This leader will ensure the production team meets Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost objectives while maintaining high Morale in their production area.  This position is also responsible for training, conducting performance appraisals and providing ongoing coaching and feedback to supervised Team Members.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years hands-on experience supervising others in fabrication/welding/assembly processes
Minimum 2 years experience working in a Lean Manufacturing environment
