Quality Analyst

Purpose: Company in Broomfield looking for a Quality Analyst. This candidate will be responsible for ensuring that quality standards are being followed through all manufacturing processes. They are looking for someone to help them collect, input, and analyze quality data, provide reports and assist manufacturing in problem solving and continuous improvement efforts, and perform inspections and tests of products.

Responsibilities Include:
-Conducting measurements and layout of parts or assemblies using CMM, micrometers, height gages, and calipers.
-Performing calibration on Test and Measuring equipment
-Implement and Interpret Statistical Process Control charts for appropriate corrective action
-Conduct Measurement System Analysis
-Monitor and Chart all quality and delivery ratings
-Interact with Customers and Auditors

Qualifications Include:
-1-3 years of experience in Quality Analysis
-Knowledge of ISO/QS 9000/TS 16949 quality standards
-Experience using measuring devices such as height gages, calipers, micrometers, etc.
-Experience calibrating inspection, test, and measuring equipment
