QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER

ASCO Power Technologies, the industry leader in the manufacturing of automatic transfer switches, industrial control products and power control systems, has an excellent opportunity for Quality Assurance Engineer in our corporate headquarters, Florham Park, NJ.

The successful candidate will have a BS Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Quality) and preferably has at least five years experience in the field of Quality Engineering. It is a must to have completed training in statistical Analysis & root Cause Failure Analysis Techniques. Candidates are also required to be computer literate, and experienced with ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System, Auditing, Process Mapping, Supplier Controls, etc. Good interpersonal and Communication Skills are also mandatory. Responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing current as well as new processes to uncover potential problems and determine alternatives. You will be also assisting in establishing and maintaining the Quality Management System, methods, procedures and process to improve product quality, inspection effectiveness, and supplier’s performance in adherence with the Corporate Quality Policy.

REQUIREMENTS
BS Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Quality)

Five years experience in the field of Quality Engineering.

Training in statistical Analysis & root Cause Failure Analysis Techniques.

Computer literate, and experienced with ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System, Auditing, Process Mapping, Supplier Controls, etc.
