Purchasing/Procurement Manager

Accountability Supporting Activities 1. Responsible for supporting all aspects of Site Purchasing, primarily supporting the purchasing process; monthly metrics, administer Supplier Performance Management program and prepare trend analysis for Purchasing management. Reporting the department cost savings, managing the tax-certification process.
2.Prepare presentations; develop databases, spreadsheets, project plans, project processes and process mappings as required.
3.Work with Buyers to support development and implementation of continuous improvement projects. Support will include interfacing with other functional departments outside of purchasing, coordinating activities and updating project plans.
4.Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and procedures, ethical practices, company values and adherence to relevant laws and regulations. Perform invoice audits and Purchase Orders audits for compliance to agreement and policies.
5.Support the buyers in the management of open Purchase orders and supplier base via SAP reporting, backorder notification, expediting orders, updating preferred supplier list.
