Projects Accounts Manager

L-3 Communications Titan Group, Intelligence Solutions Division has an opening for a Projects Account Manager.

Job Description:
The Joint Deployable Intelligence Support Systems Joint Program Office (JDISS JPO) requires a project Account Manager. The Account Manager focuses on the needs of the customers; identifying customer mission/needs and matching capabilities provided by JDISS products and services to those needs. The Account Manager is the conduit between the customer, Field Engineers and functional managers.

The responsibilities of the candidate include:
- Determine specific system/intelligence requirements and facilitate those requirements
- Serve as the JPO focal point for customer support
- Demonstrate/overview capability of JDISS core products
- Collect and analyze data in support of customer requirements
- Manage installation requirements
- Conduct site surveys
- Document and distribute lessons learned to the respective Project Manager
- Coordinate and understand the organizational (account) role within the JDISS program
- Understanding the Command's/organization's overall mission
- Coordinating with the respective Field Engineers and JDISS JPO functional leads
- Market the JDISS product and services to our DoD users and prospective users
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum required:
- Active Top Secret clearance based on an SBI
- BS in systems engineering, computer science, or an information technology discipline from an accredited university. Operational experience may substitute for the degree.
- Training/teaching experience
- Possess an intelligence, operational, or systems background
- Experience within the collection management and/or intelligence field
- Well-versed in the requirements process
- Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing, to audiences at different levels of experience/knowledge
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a demanding and high op-tempo environment
- Well-developed organizational and time management skills.
Desired:
- Five or more years experience in intelligence collection.
- One year or more experience with all-source intelligence collection, including IMINT, SIGINT, MASINT, and HUMINT.
- Intelligence experience in support to operations
- Understanding of NTM and theatre intelligence collection system capabilities.
- Understanding of intelligence requirements processing within DoD combatant commands and submission of requirements to national agencies.
- Hands-on experience with current CMMA applications, including BVI, PRISM, SRMT, PRISM, and Malolo.
- Experience with mapping/GIS systems as applied to intelligence collection and targeting visualization. Specific experience with STK and/or Flight Control extremely desirable.
- Understanding of GCCS and especially GCCS-I3. Experience with GCCS applications such as C2PC.
