Project manager- Engineering

International Software provider is seeking a project manager to assist with and plan the implementation role outs of Real Time performance process management software to their clients. Their clients are predominatly in the food and pharmaceutical manufacturing arenas. The ideal candidate will work with management and workforce at client sites to effect a change in culture, behavior and performance to improve efficiency rate, yield and utilization. Act as a consultant to influence behavioral change, IT implementation and trouble shoot project needs to meet project objectives. The ideal candidate will be able to implement the companies software and programs by guiding customers through a change program and performing services including Business Analysis, Project planning, Change management workshops, Software configuration advice and improvement project management.
REQUIREMENTS
Ideal candidate will possess: * A minimum of a Bachelors Degree preferably in Engineering or Operations Management * Strong understanding of modern manufacturing techniques ie. Lean manufacturing, Six sigma, TPM, Continuous improvement * Strong project management experience in the manufacturing arena * Ability to prioritize roll out or project objective to meet deadlines and budget * Ability to travel *Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate with SR Management as well as shopfloor employees Please submit your resume as a word attachment to [Click here for email]
