Project Traffic Engineers

Delivering creative solutions for an array of high profile public and private sector transportation and land development clients is our specialty. Our expanding practice in Middletown, CT has created an opportunity for an exprienced Project Traffic Engineer.
Requirements:
Interested candidates must have a minimum of 5-years experience in traffic engineering.
This position requires a self–motivated individual who possesses the ability to successfully complete traffic engineering assignments and work closely with staff.
Demonstrated knowledge of and proficiency in the application of traffic operational studies.
Experience in all areas of traffic engineering including basic roadway/ intersection design, traffic engineering analyses, traffic signal studies and design, and preparation of traffic impact study for land development projects.
Knowledge of Micro-station, AutoCAD, and traffic operational analysis tools such as HCS, SYNCHRO, CORSIM applications is a must.
Candidate must have a BSCE/MSCE and have the ability to obtain professional registration within one year.
Strong communication, presentation and writing skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team atmosphere are absolutely essential.
