Project Surveyor

Includes responsibility for budget management.
Technical work includes topography, alignment and grades of streets and utilities. Prepares maps, ALTA Surveys, record plats, monument records, field note records and property or legal descriptions.Assignments include research, analysis and data collection. REQUIREMENTS
Position requires 10+ years of progressive related work experience as a Survey Technician and a PLS certification.
Ideal applicant should have the physical ability to perform field surveying and related activities on an occasional basis, and must become familiar with and follow Tetra Tech RMC Surveying Practices including data handling protocol. Ideal applicant is knowledgeable in theory and practical application of principles of mathematics, coordinate geometry, surveying theory/practice and the relevant requirements of survey law, and is proficient in the use of computers survey equipment and surveying-related software.
