Project Superintendent

Purpose: Spanning the country from New York to San Francisco with the Intermountain West region as their primary focus, our has developed numerous distinctive projects over the past 50+ years. Hospitals, office buildings, and educational facilities are only a few of the quality constructed projects that make up our impressive resume of Design/Build and Construction Management capabilities. Currently they are involved in a joint venture that will take them outside the country for a project that is expected to last at least 2 years and possibly as many as 10 years.

Position Description:

We are seeking a Superintendent to run two high rise Office/Residential construction projects. This includes scheduling, coordination of subcontractors, sending in necessary reports, RFIs and change orders, overseeing plans and blueprints to make sure construction is meeting specifications, and overseeing day to day project safety. The qualified candidate will be willing to relocate outside of the country. The client will pay either per diem or relocation. The qualified candidate will also have experience as a project superintendent for no less than 3 high rise projects of 40+ stories.
