Project Manager (Interiors Group)

Purpose: Aerotek has a client looking for a Project Manager for the Interiors Group in Mclean, VA.

Job Description/Daily Tasks:
-Project Manager (Interiors Group): primarily responsible for leadership on Interior Architecture projects.
-Maintain design excellence, conceive and deliver marketing presentations to clients, interface with clients daily, write proposals/budgets/scheduling and develop fee structure, comprehend team structure required for projects, manage design team and resources to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's Degree in Architecture required
*Registered Architect or NCIDQ highly preferred but not required
2.7+ years of progressive experience managing projects (specifically interiors projects) with an emphasis on contract management and administration of multi ?functional teams on large scale commercial/institutional projects.
3.Strong knowledge of construction methods, current laws, codes, and titles in relation to construction
4.Knowledge of AutoCAD 2000, Microsoft Office Suite
5.Strong presentation skills ? written and verbal
6.Strong interpersonal and team building skills
