The primary duties of this position include planning and managing all aspects of large water and wastewater treatment plant upgrade/expansion design projects. Specific types of projects include water and wastewater treatment facilities, pumping stations and a variety of pipeline related projects. Additional duties include serving as the client manager, establishing client relations, marketing and contract solidification. Mentor and coach junior-mid level engineers in Wastewater section. Participates in reviews with various governing agencies for code compliance. Conducts work sessions for design development and contract document in conjunction with other staff. Is responsible to coordinate workload through the entire project development to complete documents on schedule. Is responsible to track the financial aspects of the projects, and coordinates and adjusts the work effort with the team to ensure that the work is completed within the parameters of the agreed to schedule. Works with the Business/Accounting Manager or Project Controller and the Department Manager for project reviews and with company management on an as needed basis.Keywords:

BS Civil or Environmental Engineering
10-15 years managing and designing water and wastewater systems.
