Phoenix International is seeking a Project Manager, Electronics Development to monitor products/projects from initiation throughout production, interfacing with customer on technical matters. This position also:
•Guides and facilitates cross-functional teams to achieve results, and reports potential and actual conflicts to higher authority for resolution.
•Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
•Participates with others to establish strategic plans and objectives.
•Makes suggestions on administrative or operational matters and ensures effective achievement of objectives.
•Directs product management activities within the company having overall responsibility for planning, budgeting, implementing and maintaining costs, methods, for assigned projects.
•Travels as necessary to meet with customers and suppliers to accomplish the functions described above.
•Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
•Performs the above tasks with only general guidance on progress and outcomes sought.
•May facilitate process improvements and serve as a mentor to junior members of the department.

Qualifications
Education
•Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent experience required.
REQUIREMENTS
Required Skills and Experience
•Project management experience.
•Commercial experience in a related design or manufacturing field required.
•Must have considerable knowledge in all areas of design, verification, validation, and manufacturing of electronic assemblies consisting of electronic hardware, software, and mechanical packaging.
•Must be able to develop, manage, and communicate information in a clear and organized manner, including managing customer relationships to ensure clarity of understanding of objectives.
•Must be able to manage cross-functional team performance to achieve results, and identify and resolve conflicts.
•Must be able to work with moderate guidance in line with a broad plan, budget, or strategy.
•Must be able to manage project scope, analyze and take actions on scope changes to achieve or modify project objectives.
