Project Manager - A&E

Purpose: Aerotek is looking for a Project Manager for a client located in Cool Springs/Franklin area. Our client is a smaller architectural firm that works with residential and commercial projects. The position can either be a contract to hire or 4 months or a direct placement, depending on the candidate's background.

Job description and requirements:

Candidates will be working with AutoCAD and putting together complete construction documents for clients. Candidates will be managing other staff and contract labor positions.

This position calls for an individual that has the ability to work with clients and manage multiple projects and deadlines. Candidates must have the ability to bring projects's in on deadline and on budget. Our client is looking for a self starter and someone that has the ability to set the pace themselves.

Additional skills desired:
Registered architect
Revit 3-D software, proficiency, desirable
Experience with variety of commercial architectural projects
Construction background

The ideal candidate will have about 4-5 years of experience and be located in the Nashville area. Local candidates will be given preference.
