Project Manager

Purpose: Large Phoenix Architectural firm is looking for project managers for the commercial and retail side. The candidate would take the lead role of the project team and will put the building plans together, as well as handle the scheduling, marketing, and the profitability of the project.

Along with correspondence that the candidate will be responsible for, they will also have to do on-site observations and reports, and will meet with government agencies to give presentations, approvals, and permits.

Candidate will also be responsible for analyzing building codes and zoning, reviewing documents with the appropriate building and planning departments, and conducting a final compliance review. Candidate will handle project errors and omissions as well.

Must have AutoCAD 2000 experience or higher, and experience with Commercial/Retail/Industrial etc.
