Project Manager

Purpose: Company based in Phoenix is in need of a Project Manager who has a 4 year degree in Architecture with experience with AutoCAD 14, and a demonstrated expertise in facilities management and space planning.

Job Responsibilities include the following:

- Coordinate/communicate with Architects
- Coordinate and arrange renovations and moves
- Coordinate construction drawings
- Update CAD drawings
- Block planning, space management using minimum AutoCAD 2004
- Experience in reviewing as-built drawings
- Communicating with architects, Landlord Reps, brokers to verify site conditions for the development of accurate space plans.
- Generating space plans
- Communicating/coordination with trades and teams regarding modifications and updates to drawings for accurate quotes.
- Coordinate information flow to general contractors, landlord reps, architects, trades and vendors
- Interpretation and knowledge of codes, Building Codes, IBC 2000, Life Safety, ADA etc.
- Space Management: monitor and maintain allocation drawings for
- General understanding of systems furniture and moveable wall installation
- May require some travel and project management
