· Will establish overall financial policy and goals for the Electric Transmission Group

· Heavily involved in Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) tariff issues,

· Develop and maintain planning and budget systems, analyze and interpret trends, prepare management reports and procedures, and present findings and recommendations to senior management.

· Primary duties also include the monthly, quarterly and annual financial closings.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or similar

· Master's degree in accounting, finance, business administration is preferred.

· CPA, Certified Public Accountant

· 10-15+ years related experience, preferably in the energy industry

· Thorough knowledge of the Uniform System of Accounts of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, the Security and Exchange Commission, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles

· Strategic thinker with strong oral and written communications skills, including presentation and testifying skills; strong decision making and negotiation skills.

· Solid ratemaking knowledge

· Background should include experience in Accounting, Regulatory/Revenue Requirements, Budget/Financial Forecasting and Billing/Contract Administration.
