Communicates directly with clients, contractors, and designers. Responsible for developing contractor scopes, bidding, contractor selection, construction administration, construction safety, cost and quality control. Develops plans and schedules for construction activity. Directs resources to complete appropriate work within budget and schedule. May manage multiple projects at once. Project scopes include: design-build central heating and cooling plants, design-build cogeneration plants, design-build HVAC distribution, energy efficiency projects, and energy management and control systems.
