Project Engineer - (LinkMR242651)

Will be responsible for providing senior technical direction on proposal efforts and simulation programs. Responsible for planning and providing the direction for the analysis and specification of technical requirements, the program’s system engineering effort and the coordination of that effort with all the other technical departments.

Responsible for coordinating and integrating technical aspects of an assigned program including, the definition of the system architecture and design concepts, the preparation of tradeoff analysis and the development and conduct of program test plans. Will be responsible for coordinating the programs system engineering effort within program planning, scheduling and cost estimation. Will be responsible for ensuring coordination of the program’s technical development with simulation products within applicable simulation product lines.

Responsible for ensuring that the processes and procedures for analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of the program’s training system are cost efficient while meeting programs customer needs. Responsible for the creation or maintenance of program systems documentation in order to support either program documentation deliverables or follow on development efforts across the product line.

3-5 years of directly related experience in ClearCase, ClearQuest, DOORS, Earned Value Management (EVM), Full-lifecycle systems development experience, Inter-personal communication skills, Leadership, Management of multi-disciplinary teams, Microsoft Office, Presentation Skills, Strong Communication Skills, Strong customer working relationship. Experience with U.S. Navy customer a plus.
