Project Engineer - Industrial Wastewater

Malcolm Pirnie, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer with experience in Industrial Wastewater projects to support Federal, Industrial, Environmental Restoration work in the Middletown, CT office.

Responsibilities will include support of industrial wastewater projects including design, wastewater plant studies, NPDES permitting, storm water management plans, and pollution prevention plans. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working on municipal wastewater process projects as well as drinking water process and treatments plan projects. Applicant must have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills, including technical writing. Must have proven knowledge and work experience in the area of process engineering and solving aqueous chemistry problems associated with water/wastewater applications. Applicant needs to be functional with Microsoft applications (Excel and Word) and web-based applications.
REQUIREMENTS
5 + years of experience in environmental engineering consulting required. Requirements include Bachelors degree in Civil/Environmental or Chemical Engineering and Masters in Environmental Engineering. Must have a P.E.
