Project Engineer (Continuous Process)Salary: $65,000 - $78,000 Range Plus Bonus. Exceptional Benefit Programs.Objective: To hire a highly motivated, hands-on project engineer who has a proven record of leading multiple capital & maintenance related projects from concept through design, justification, instillation & optimization.
Company:State-of-the-art, highly automated, 140 employee, non-union, plastics manufacturing plant with a history of attracting, developing & promoting top engineering talent. Excellent relocation package and benefits.Position: Available due to promotion of the incumbent who will be on-sight as a continuing resource as needed. Once thoroughly familiar with the plant, equipment, all related processes and procedures, this person will be in direct line for promotions into Production Management or more Sr. Engineering roles.
Seeking “hands-on”, on-the-floor engineer with a record of bringing in projects on time & on budget.
Will provide Project Engineering support to Operations & Maintenance.
Responsible for determining logical solutions & innovative proposals that will optimize all process, production, maintenance & safety system.
Will supervise internal techs and contract personnel to insure the successful completion of numerous projects.
Keep documentation, drawings and P&ID’s updated & current.This position directly affects all operating areas of the plant & requires the ability to produce cost effective engineering proposals, accurate cost analysis and detailed documentation of all process improvement and maintenance related projects from proposal to delivery of quality product…Location: Mid-South Community near Memphis, TN. This area has attracted many new manufacturing plants and offers excellent quality of life. REQUIREMENTSRequirements:
1. Engineering degree (BSME, BSEE or BSChE, etc.)…
2. 2 to 7 or more years related Plant Project Engineering experience. (3 to 5 years. experience preferred)
3. Strong Communication / People (mentoring) Skills…
4. Understanding of PSM and other regulatory issues required to operate safely…
5. Detail oriented with the drive to get it right the first time…
