We currenlty have an excellent opportunity for a Project Designer to join our rapidly growing company.


Responsibilities:



The Project Designer will maintain the quality design through research and development.
Prepare prelimary kitchen and itnerior layout design for all new and remodel projects.
Coordinate design with Landlord, City departments, Project manger, Operations, and Consultants to obtain all approvals for design.
Communicate status and schedules with consultants and design team
Respond to requests from consturction personnel for information and clarification
Supervise vendor selection, cost research for materials and fixtures.
Coordinate design activities with prototype design.
Standardize Constrcution details.
REQUIREMENTS
AutoCad 2002 experience required
A minimum of 2 years of architectural, food service related preferred.
Bachelor Degree in Architecture
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Basic Building and Handicapped Code
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to handle multiple projects and tasks
Fast Learner
